This is a guideline on how our association with you may develop...
Enquiry following the initial enquiry we arrange to meet you for an hour's free consultation, generally this is attended by both PA 4A Day Directors.
Assessment this consultation is when we find out as much as we can about you and your business and understand the areas where, by working with you, we can make a real difference. If, for any reason, we are not able to complete the assessment within the hour, perhaps due to the complexity of the proposed assignment, then we will arrange to extend the time with your agreement.
Feedback on some occasions we are able to offer a proposed solution at the end of an hour but, at other times, we may need to return to the office to explore the detail in more depth, after which we provide a written report by way of summary and with a detailed proposal.
Agreement once you have agreed that you would like to work with PA4D we then agree the terms. At times we nominate a particular PA from the team for the role but, for roles that are known to be long-term from the outset; we may offer several CVs for perusal and on occasions potentially set up a meeting with the PA prior to commencement of the work.
Induction once the first day of the assignment is booked we will arrange, in most cases, for one of the Directors to accompany the PA in order to make the introductions to ensure that the understanding of what is required is clear to all parties.
FOLLOW-UP from the first day we keep in close contact with both the client, to ensure that the very best value is being gained from the association, and the PA to understand how their role is developing. In non-standard assignments a notebook is maintained by the PA which stays at the company so if we should need to put in a replacement, at any stage (holiday cover for example), handover notes are to hand.
Over 80% of our work is repeat business as, once the PAs are settled and become involved with the client and the client's business, in many cases the position becomes a regular booking. Due to our flexibility we are able to ramp up, or down, the resource with the needs of the client's business at any stage.
The terms of our contract do not bind you to minimum hours and it is the fact that we can offer this flexible overhead that has proved key to businesses during the uncertain times of recession.
Both Directors remain personally involved with clients at all times and one or other of us is generally available to discuss any ongoing changes/plans that you may have at any stage.
