What is the difference between PA 4A Day and recruitment agencies?
PA 4A Day offers a bespoke service on an ad hoc basis; assignments can be of short duration, which allows clients complete flexibility to increase/decrease the hours to suit their business needs at any particular time. We provide a very personal service and the high calibre team members are closely matched to meet clients' requirements. PA 4A Day endeavours to forge and maintain a close professional relationship with clients enabling a full understanding of the assignment together with an ability to respond promptly to their changing business requirements.
How do you differ from virtual PA services?
We provide a highly personalised service which is most suited to clients who value face-to-face contact and need all the support and assistance that can be brought by having a member of the PA 4A Day team working alongside them in their own working environment. This enables the service we provide to be fine tuned and ensures the Company meets, and often exceeds, the clients' expectations.
What hours do you normally work?
Hours can be varied to suit the client but a normal working day is generally 7 hours.
Do you offer an out of hours service i.e. weekends and evenings?
Yes, our rates for this are negotiable at the time of consultation.
You don't show your charges on your website. How do I find out what you charge?
A basic guide can be found on our Rates page. However, specific projects, regular bookings, long-term requirements and one-off events will be priced competitively following an initial assessment.
Do you give any discounts or have any special offers?
From time to time we do have special offers. Rates for longer term bookings are also discounted.
Are you insured to work at my location?
Yes, all our team members are covered by Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance.
Are you qualified to work for me?
Our team is eminently qualified to undertake a wide variety of assignments. We take particular care to match individual skill sets to a client's requirements. If you add our years of experience together it runs into the hundreds!
Will I get the same person each time?
Yes, we endeavour to match a team member to each client and thereby ensure continuity of service. On occasion we may have two team members who are familiar with a particular client's business which ensures we can provide backup where it may be essential to provide constant cover.
Is your resource flexible?
Our unique selling point is that we are both bespoke and flexible. Buy in as much or as little as you like; this can be varied to suit the changing needs of your business over a period of time.
What if I am not sure what support I need?
We make a careful assessment during the initial free consultation which assists us in identifying key areas to most benefit your business.
What type of clients do you work with?
We work for a wide variety of businesses, sole operators and individuals across a diverse range of sectors.
Where do you operate?
We currently operate in the Salisbury, Amesbury and Andover areas but we also go further afield around the borders of Wiltshire.
